  • Therapeutic Bodywork

I offer Therapeutic Bodywork, rooted in ThaiVedic traditions, Osteopathic techniques and closely aligned with Zenthai Shiatsu. These floor-based and fully clothed sessions combine gentle stretching, firm acupressure, rhythmic movement, and deep-listening touch to support release, vitality, and spaciousness throughout your body.

Each session is tailored to meet you exactly as you are, whilst also holding attuned space for your individual sensitivities or tenderness.

This form of bodywork is a supportive ally for releasing musculoskeletal tension, calming the nervous system, and inviting in a little more ease. However your session looks, the invitation is always the same: to explore safer embodiment through touch, presence, and connection.

  • Hatha Yoga. Group & 1:1 Classes

As we navigate complex systems, feelings, and circumstances, step into a yoga space where all parts of you are welcome and supported. My Hatha Yoga classes are grounded in gentle, yet strengthening practices — mindful movement, breathwork, sound, and anatomical alignment guidance — all offered in a way that meets us exactly where we are.

Led with curiosity, these trauma-informed classes are suitable for all levels. Whether you are a beginner seeking a safely guided introduction, or an experienced practitioner wishing to deepen your connection and practice, each step onto the mat is an invitation to explore the possibilities of more spaciousness, presence, and safety within our bodies.

  • Yoga Therapy.

A broadly recognised one-on-one holistic healing modality, empowering you to take control and responsibility over your own physical, mental and/or spiritual health and wellbeing.

Following our initial session together, you will be sent home with a personalised framework to support you in your home practice. This will explore therapeutic tools such as movement (asana), conscious breath practices (pranayama), anatomical alignment assessment, muscular strengthening/releasing exercises, guided meditation, lifestyle/dietary discussions and more.

  • Women's Circles.

A Women’s Circle is a safe and sacred facilitated space for women to gather, nourish, and be seen by one another.

I am currently facilitating closed Seasonal Circles (1 circle per month) throughout the year. These Circles traverse connection through Satya (sharing practices), ritual/ceremony, nature practices, gentle movement, delicious food + cacao, & creativity.

Our circles are held in the local forest (weather-permitting) on Dhudhuroa-Waywurru/Yackandandah Country, North East VIC.

Hello, I’m Candice.

It’s so lovely to find you here.

After nearly a decade on the open road as a touring folk musician, I’ve found my roots here on the sweet lands of the Dhudhuroa–Waywurru people in North East Victoria. Life called me home to a more nourishing rhythm, and now I weave my days between being a devoted mother, a trauma-informed yoga therapist and teacher, a therapeutic bodywork practitioner, and a facilitator of circles for women and young people.

My work has grown from both lived experience and years of study — over 800 hours of training from around the globe, and countless lessons from life itself. Each offering I share is grounded in genuine connection, mindful movement, rhythm, music, and the gift of community. I hold a deep devotion to creating safer, welcoming spaces where people can soften into themselves and rediscover what it feels like to be at home in their bodies.
